To make the most of your snorkeling trip in Nusa Penida with Mortar Point Snorkeling, it's important to come well-prepared. Here is a list of essential items you should bring to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience:

- All snorkeling tours must be booked and confirmed with a full payment in advance.
- Payments can be made via our online booking platform or directly at our office.
- Please ensure all your details are correct at the time of booking as these will be used for tour preparation and registration.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows on the day of the tour.
- If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Participants must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Mortar Point Snorkeling staff.
- Guests must notify us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in snorkeling activities.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to guests who are deemed medically or physically unfit to ensure their safety and that of others.
- We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of Nusa Penida. Guests are required to avoid touching or disturbing marine life and coral formations.
- All waste must be disposed of properly, and we encourage participants to minimize plastic usage during the tour.
I really enjoyed my trip. The guides are very friendly and they tell you where to go / to look for the manta rays. Communication with the admins is really good too. It is really worth the price !

We paid for a private tour with Mortar and went to Manta Point. We saw about 20 mantas - what more do I need to say. Perfect trip. We also stopped on the way back at a coral site with lots of fish - probably as impressive as the mantas. When we got back to the hotel I had a WhatsApp link sent to my phone with a bunch of photos and videos that our guide took. These included underwater photos and videos of our group. Including this in the tour price was a very nice touch, thank you. I would recommend these guys for a snorkeling trip ???? %

Great Experience ! Nice and new boat , new snorkelling equipment , great tour guide ! As added to that we experience snorkelling with big Mantas fish and nice spots with tropical fish , coral and turtels!

Great place, everything was smooth, on time, and the people on WhatsApp were super responsive! We went to the manta point and could see quite a few of them, stayed 30 min (which is actually enough) and went to another snorkeling point, after, which was stunning. Would highly recommend :)

Went for snorkelling with mortar point and had a great time with nice crew and managed to see 5 mantas at manta point, also saw turtles and Crystal Bay and many colorful fishes at Gamat Bay. Had an enjoyable experience and the crew went the extra mile to make sure everyone is accounted for and also took beautiful pictures of all on board. Highly recommend to join mortar point snorkeling for awesome experience at Nusa penida.

Was extremely pleased with my snorkeling experience today. We saw about 7 Manta Rays and lots of fishes and a turtle. There was 8 of us total on my trip myself and 2 other families. The boat ride was a little rough but that was not the companies fault. I would highly recommend going here for snorkeling, definitely a steal for 150k/pp.

Very happy with the 3 hrs private boat hire. Such a nice lad and boat captain . We got to see manta rays and also had a good snorkeling trip. I am not good in the sea and threw up a dozen times but they were all good and understanding. Went for a short fishing trip and it was interesting too. Found the price good among many, 2million for 3 hrs and we didn't have to be cramped with the rest
